Graduation Instructions

1. Apply for graduation. To apply: Use the Online Graduation Application Form  or Download Graduation Application PDF version. Once you have completed the PDF form, submit your application by email to Henryaa@medpresen.com by the November 1, 2023. 
   Candidates who do not meet the deadline must reapply for next semester’s graduation.
2. Pay the $15 diploma fee to the Business Office. You have the options of paying by telephone or through your My沙巴体育官网 account in My Services.  Please contact the Business Office for more information at 409-984-6126.
3. Transfer Coursework. Students that are currently attending or have attended other college(s) must include an unofficial transcript(s) when applying for graduation. Official transcripts with final grades must be submitted by December 14, 2023.
4. Financial Obligations. Graduation candidates must pay ALL outstanding debts.
   •  Business Office at 409-984-6126.
   •  Library at 409-984-6218 (check if you have books or money owed).
   •  Financial Aid at 409-984-6204.
5. Diplomas. Graduates who participate in the ceremony will receive their diploma at commencement.  Diploma pick up will resume at the Records Office beginning Tuesday, January 2, 2024. If you would like your diploma mailed to you, please pay the $11.00 diploma mailing fee at the Business Office (409-984-6126). 
6. Cap and Gown. Flat black cap and gown with white collar must be worn by all ceremony participants. Cap and gowns can be purchased ONLINE at Barnes and Nobel Bookstore at lscpa.shopoakhalli.com.  ONLY APPROVED STOLES AND CORDS ARE PERMITTED.  View Commencement Regalia Guidelines.  Graduation Stole Request Form due by November 1, 2023.
7. Check your email regularly. All graduation correspondence will be emailed to your medpresen.com address.  A required survey that is part of your graduation application process will be emailed to you. Your diploma will not be released until the survey is completed.
